MIND
This section, I dedicate to the mind, which is a wonderful, magnificent tool. That if used the right way and developed to its fullest capacity can and will greatly in a positive manner effect your life.

The brain like other muscles in the body needs to be worked on a daily basis.
"Use it or loose it" is the principle that applies here, as well as in other areas. But the mind is the bodies center for processing information and regulating the bodies autonomic responses. Without the brain you would cease to exist, your lugs would stop working, your hear would stop beating and blood would stop moving throughout your body.  So why not take care of what takes care of you.

On this page is will present some exercises that will strengthen brain capacity and help improve memory and also improve processing speed. Like a computer its time to up grade.

Now once again, this is not an open and closed site.
