Sexercise is a term that I like to use to describe using sex as a form of exercise, as a way to increase health and a way to improve other areas of life as well.
Now other sources use this term to describe the types of exercises that can be done to increase sexual performance and that too will be covered but under the sexual exercises section.
Sex is a wonderful tool, if done safely and responsibly, that can improve your health and daily living. Have you ever noticed someone who obviously wasn't getting any and they seemed very uptight, very bitter and very jus yuck. Well let them have sex and I'm willing to bet you that their whole demeanor will change.
Sex relieves stress, helps you to go to sleep at night. It can improve cardiovascular health (if done long enough; a cardiovascular workout or an aerobic workout is defined as any activity at elevates the heart rate for an extended period of time, roughly at least 20-30 min). Now that 20-30 min may be a problem for some people, but with the sexual exercises provided it will help you gain control of your libido, ejaculatory control and thus your sex life as a whole.
